Zoe is an experienced attorney and government relations professional with experience in state government and a deep understanding of Tennessee state law. She brings years of knowledge working closely with the Tennessee General Assembly as the director of legislation at the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services and as a legislative liaison for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

Before joining SRG, Zoe served as the deputy director for the Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference. There she worked with Conference leadership to develop, manage, and secure legislative approval of the Conference budget, oversee public education and community outreach and served in an advisory role for district attorneys and their staff. Zoe also served as an associate district attorney in the 20th Judicial District. While completing her law degree at the University of Memphis, Zoe worked as a graduate legal research assistant for the University of Memphis Office of Legal Counsel.

Originally from Roane County, Zoe earned her bachelor’s degree from Maryville College. She also has a Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Memphis. She lives in Old Hickory with her husband and their two dogs.
